Terms and conditions of sale
The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions between you, the customer and Princess Embroidery, in respect of all sales, whether placed online, by e-mail, telephone or post.
1. All our items offered for sale are strictly subject to availability.
2. Princess Embroidery reserve the right to withdraw items from sale or modify prices, including postage charges, or specifications without prior notice.
3. Princess Embroidery warrants all products sold to be fit for purpose and free of defects and will refund or replace, at your discretion, any items proving faulty within a period of 3 months. Our threads are of the highest quality and are colourfast. However, you should always make a trial stitch-out and laundering on a sample piece of the same or very similar fabric. Our liability for any faulty threads will be strictly limited therefore to a refund or replacement of the faulty thread.
4. Any purchase of sets of threads has a 28 day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee, even if you simply change your mind. However, you must ensure that the goods are returned to us at your expense in the same condition as received, unused, in original packaging and in a resaleable state. This does not affect in any way your rights to return faulty goods within a 3 month period from purchase. This no questions asked moneyback guarentee does not apply to our single trial spool offer, all that is paid for is P&P.
5. Our warranty and refund policy does not apply to any faults which have been caused by misuse, abuse or neglect by the user. Threads particularly should be stored in conditions of normal temperature and humidity and not too close to radiators or other heat sources.
6. No refunds will be given until returned goods have been received and checked.
7. Until goods are paid for title to the goods remains with Princess Embroidery.
8. These terms do not affect your rights to cancel within 7 working days of delivery under the distance selling regulations.
9. Colour charts, whether printed or reproduced on screen, can only be an approximate guide to the actual shade of the threads and the same applies to any other manufacturer’s equivalent shade indicated on this website, although every effort is made on our website and on our brochures to give the best possible representation.
10. All images on our brochures and website are copyright of Princess Embroidery and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Customers’ details, including names and addresses, will not be made available to any other party, as we respect your right to privacy.
